[LCtalk] Isadora MIDI Actors for LanBox

Hello all,

In order to get used to Isadora I created two Custom Actors so you 
can your LanBox via normal MIDI.

The LC Go (MID) supports: Go any cuelist + step, Next Step or Cue , 
Prev Step or Cue

The LC Control (MID) supports: Clear Layer, Reset Layer (cue 0, all 
settings default), Mix Mode, Transparency, Chase Mode, Chase Speed, 
Manual Fade type, Manual Fade time.

Both support multiport and multi MIDI channels (layers).

I hope this helps the Isadora users to get through the MIDI barrier :-)

Don't forget to setup MIDi in LCedit+ Global Settings, eg.: MIDI 
ch1-4 to layer A-D, other MIDI channels blank.
