I'm not sure if I'm mis-reading the tutorial or if our Lanbox is misbehaving, but dynamic layers don't seem go be working correctly.

When I run a cue with the command g500zz (using cue 500 as an example) a new layer appears above layer A in the control window, but it never goes away by itself. I must select the un-named layer and delete it using the command in the layer menu.

It's depending on how your cuelist 500 is made; it must be 1 cue, e.g the cuelist 500 below:

// Cuelist 500 (3 steps), stored 17-10-2005 23:47
  show d01 for 0.50s
  show d02 for 0.50s
  show d03 for 3.0s

:d01
    1[000]    2[000]    3[000]    4[000]

:d02
    1[255]    2[255]    3[255]    4[255]

:d03
    1[000]    2[000]    3[000]    4[000]

If you run this with g500zz, it starts with black/flash and 3sec black, and the layer will disappear.
