I've never gotten the single line editor to work, it and the insert, 
replace, etc, buttons have always been grayed out. I'll try again when I 
get to the theatre, paying particular attention to the "blind" setting. 
Perhaps I missed it before.

If there's any chance of geting keyboard shortcuts for those buttons 
re-added in a future version it would be much appreciated.
