I'm coming from a theatre background, so the context of the request is an operator manually stepping through cues and waiting for cue lines from the actors on stage. It does, but you must have real cues so next cue is the space bar (for theatre there is also a previous cue command, in case of mistakes :-) If you run your cues from layer A, you only need to set the right popup in the cuelist editor to "follow layer A". From then the current cue is highlighted and it autoscrolls to keep next cues visible as much as possible. You can not edit in Follow mode, it's read only. You can however do a "Go" also by clicking a row. I can see that this might be a bit tricky if multiple layers are being used and jumps between different cuelists may also need some handling. It's disconcerting to run a live show and not have an on-screen confirmation of what's going to happen when you press that "go" button.
