It does, but you must have real cues so next cue is the space bar 
(for theatre there is also a previous cue command, in case of 
mistakes :-)

If you run your cues from layer A, you only need to set the right 
popup in the cuelist editor to "follow layer A".

From then the current cue is highlighted and it autoscrolls to keep 
next cues visible as much as possible.

You can not edit in Follow mode, it's read only. You can however do a 
"Go" also by clicking a row.

If you do a Go to another list, it will follow you.
