[LCtalk] fadermaster 8

I just found an old fadermaster 8 fader midi controller in my bosses 
office.  Each fader is custom configurable.  I'd like to hook it up and 
use each fader to control a device or a group of devices so I can give 
volunteers access to lighting without giving them access to the PC.

I tried to figure it out on my own but I can't seem to get it to work. 
Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
