Subject[LCtalk] Problem of Layer
FromJacques Rémus

Hello

I have some problems with layer configuration.
I use LC+ with merge configuration since months without problem, but I
have changed something recently in the soft LCedit and something seems
wrong. If I use former savings to see what is the difference, the
memory of layer configuration does not seem to be kept so I can compare.
The layer configuration I use:
Layer D is the one for UDP coming from computers
Layer C is the one use by the entry of mixers
Layer A is normaly non authorized and "transparent": it just help me to
see what informations are coming out throug it.
A is up C is in the middle and D underneath
Among 512 chanels, I use DMX 100 to 400 on merge of the mixer and the
computers.

Recently, I have problems of values coming from "I don't know", staying
on D and perturbing C.It seems these values are coming first from C (?)
and staid on it.
If on D I forbid ( "alt, F, backspace" after setting to 0) the channels
become grey BUT I see values similar to those running on C. After a
while it seems they stay on D and avoid C to work

Could you tell me what's going on ? (I am quite sure it is just a stupid
thing I did without knowing it ;-)

Thank you
