Jeremy,
I'm using LCEdit Plus 3.3 with an LCX. I just switched from a Win2K
box to a system running WinXP. As before I'm running a dual monitor
system. On the 2k box I resized LC Edit to fit in both monitors which
worked great. I tried to do this on my XP box but it won't remember
the way I left it after I close the application. I've tried resizing
it then saving the file but that doesn't work. Windows makes me
resize it every time I open the application. Can anyone tell me how
to get windows to remember LCEdit Plus the way I leave it?
I don't really know the answer to the problem, but I do know that Windows
2000 treats a 2nd monitor as an extended desktop, not a true 2nd output.
Things like PowerPoint, etc. don't work well on 2K because of that. All of
the other versions of Windows treat a 2nd output as a true 2nd monitor.
So, that's not really an answer, but I do know that 2K handled 2nd monitor
stuff very differently.
