[LCtalk] New fixtures added

Hello everybody,

I have added some new fixture definition files in the downloads->fixtures area.

New: VL1000ERS TS/AS (with frames) and the HES X-Spot/X-Spot Xtreme 
(two versions)

If you are using these big (up to 38 channels usage) fixtures, please 
let me know if you find problems with the definition.
