[LCtalk] hold until smtpe time

I have an LCX unit controlling 12 outdoor lights. I wish to turn the 
lights off during day time and run a looping sequence during night time. 
I cannot access the "hold until smtpe time" function as it seems to be 
disabled. How do I implement a schedule based on time and date?
