It means the configuration mode, key 0. See also 
"LanBox_user_manual.pdf" page 11.

Key 0 on an IR remote control, but it can also be triggered by 
anything that emits IR pulses like PIR burglar detectors, FL 
lighting, IR ports of NoteBooks/PDAs, etc.
