Sorry, I was confused. Fixture renumbering is possible with the menu command Renumber Selection (File menu->Extra).



Note: Don't change addresses after you made cues, as the used channels are NOT changed in cues!

Uh, we did :-) If a layer is in chase mode the chase speed changes the hold times and fade times. It's not possible to change the rate of a pending fade.

Might it be possible in a next update?

Not likely, we have exact timing for fades which is a 32 bits add per channel per DMX packet, which is calculated when a fade starts (fading 3000 channels is a very CPU intensive task).




I like facts when it comes to tight fades.
But that's just my personal preference:-)

I'll keep it mind when we completely renovate LCedit+.
