It sounds as the update thread in LCedit+ was not working anymore, what LanBox type, LCedit+ version on what platform do you use?

It's a lanbox-LCM, LCedit+ 3.2.1 (bought it just last week) controlled by a MAC G3 powerbook via USB (cardbus card)

And some general 'theatre minded" comments.
- I miss a reset button/keycommand (as in: reset all channels to active cue values, or (better still) per channel in the layer fadetime). I'm currently using the go button for this, but if you got some long fadetimes it gets kind of annoying.

I am not sure what you mean, but if you type v alt-<enter> you set the selection of a layer to the current mixer values.

That's not what I mean. Let me give an example: I'm in cue 666.5, which has a fade time of 30 seconds I think the light is to bright on a perticular spot on the stage , so I adjust some percentages. Later on in the scene I realize that that light was there for a reason, so I want to reset it to the stored value. On a spark or photon I press reset, and that's that, the lights fade in again, in the lanbox I press go, 666.5 fades in in 30 seconds and the scene is already over. Or I disable fades, and it goes back on in 0 seconds which is a bit crude. Do you understand my question now ?.

- Same for previous cue (in layer fadetime).

Previous Cue key is on PC ctrl-alt-minus on Mac cmd-alt-minus. You can assign e.g. a function key for this.

I'd like it to go back one step in the fade time selected in the command window. See above

- It might be nice to have a blackout button next to the master fader (so i can make a keycommand of it), I currently use s1-255=0 as keycommand.

Make a Blackout cue, and assign it to another function key.

Again, I'd like the possibility to go back to the previously loaded cue after a blackout.

-Maybe a store keycommand (tried to make a macro, but that doesn't work).
- Is there a way to store active channels in a cue(-step) without switching to Edit mode (and losing your settings) ?

If you use the edit mode of the cuelist editor normally (not single step edit), you can always store the cuelist, as the channels in the current cuestep are updated real-time. The cuelist editor is made to change cues without loosing any setting, so what's up?

In Edit mode I can't use the spacebar for going through cue's as I stored them 1,5,10,... with comment cues inbetween. So I toggle Edit on/off... sometimes I forget to put it in edit-mode 'edit' my channels, find out it's not in edit-mode and have to do it all over again. If the cuelist editor was in percentages I could copy the values, I understand this option is already explored.
By the way, I can't get into single step edit, is this normal in v3.2.1 ? Seems like the Replace button is what I'm looking for.

Please tell me if you think i'm the next overdemanding theatretechnician who wants his 400 euro lanbox to behave like a Compulite spark.

It can do even more :-)

And I sometimes want it to do less :-)
Sorry for the hassle, these are wishes, not demands. I think you make a great piece of kit, and I'm just getting to grips with the lanbox possibilities and impossiblities.
