Just to follow up, this looks OK.
I had to create TWO icon strips, one with the colours side by side for the
small wheel (which are then set continuous), and one with gaps between
them for the buttons to ensure they only snap on at the correct values
(the gaps are assigned to button 0 to suppress them).
One small bug/issue I noticed on the way - If you only have buttons 1
through 11 set up, LC-Edit does not display the second row of buttons - An
"off by one error" perhaps as twelve work OK....
