The LanBox ignores broadcasts of other buffers, though other applications may do something with them. Note that though the command is called "buffer broadcast", you don't need to actually broadcast it but may just send it directly to a LanBox. Second possibility: I send the UDP packet as buffer write (feed a 1 into input 4 of lcudp-pack). in this case input 3 won't be ignored. but I guess the UDP settings in the Lanbox. Right? Wrong? Contrary to what Fokko said, you should indeed be able to do a buffer write straight into the mixer *or any layer* using buffer write, regardless of the UDP input setting of the LanBox (except things like address of course).
