Please forgive me if this subject has already been covered. I'm not a programmer and know very little about it. I would like to develop a push button software interface for the lanbox LCX which also has three or four sliders that could be programmed for individual or multiple DMX channels. I have a programmer who will do all of the work for me. He will do very well at designing the buttons and sliders but I don't know what information I will need to give him so that he can make it interface with the LCX and to make it do what I want it to do (basically just call up specific que-steps) and control a few individual channels. I've heard people talking about MAX but I'm very unfamiliar with this program and don't have a budget to buy it. It seems as though all of this information is in the LCX manual; but, like I said, I wouldn't know it if I saw it. Can anyone refer me to the specific data I should give to my programmer? Thanks! P.S. If you have any clarifying questions please email me privately because I only receive the digest version and wouldn't get your response until tomorrow. Jeremy M.
