And what/where is the "action dialogue"

Typing requires the right syntax, better start by double clicking on a row, so you get the action panel (see also the tutorial for an example with switches). The right syntax is:
go .6 if input 7 within 0 - 512


Note: This action allows only jumping within the current cuelist
