How are FF and HH encoded?
A single byte which must be lookup in the timeEncoding table, see page
89 of LC+ reference.
aha. Is there a "parsable by a program" version available (xml or
something) or will I have to "copy paste" my own?

In DMX packets (20p/s), so 100 = 100 packets to go = 5 sec.
