I absolutely agree with you John. Maybe a solution could be that
activated channels will always stay active, unless you clear them in
the cuelist editor or do a Clear layer from the control window?
This would work for me and, I guess, for many other theatre people.
However, there are many other types of user out there as well, who
might not be so thrilled at such a change! Would it be possible to have
an option in the LCedit preferences? Or will that not work, as the
Lanbox is designed as a multi user device?
Perhaps you could keep this topic in mind during future development, to
see if there is a solution that will meet the needs of the majority of
Lanbox users.
