The LCX is a high performance DMX controller for up to 3072 channels, and we think a simple display and IR control is not appropriate. I wanted a small multiline LED display, but it became far too expensive. BTW In a month or so we will have an Ethernet only version of the LCM, so if you want a display + IR + Ethernet only, the LanBox-LCE will be there in short time ;-) and a comment: I hope you mean the reference manuals can be much better, as the tutorial was written in order to have a much more clearer document. The reference manuals must be cleaned and improved, but we until next software release. We have some kind of love/hate relation with manuals; If we let write manuals by a professional we can hardly improve the software anymore, as it would become too costly to rewrite the manuals each time. As we know that most people hardly read -any- manual, we prefer to extend and improve the software instead of spending the money on perfect manuals. Anyway we try to keep improving the manuals also ;-)
