Other:
- LanBox is getting Midi on/off messages (cmd LED flashes)
- LanBox is showing 1 line in display when connected to Computer COM port
- LanBox is showing 2 lines in display when connected to MIDI

Looks all ok, but did you ever check whether your strobes do work on DMX? Place some DMX channels on the stage, select layer A and grab the control. For more info about manual control, have a look at the tutorial chapter 1 and 2.
