a basic DMX question i'm programming a show to be run on an array of RGB projectors - all same model, all acting as one. Can I set them all to the same DMX address? so that they all would play to channel 1, 2, & 3 The alternative would be to copy the values of channel 1,2,3 to 4,5,6 / 7,8,9 / etc.... on all the cuelists.... grhhh..... My show has a dozens of different cuelists. actually I'm "sampling" RGB values from digital images - using MACOS Color meter - and importing them to a spreadsheet, and then to LCEdit cuelists It gives me some really cool colour variations, very hard to achieve if I was programming the lights numerically. Next step will be to make small SWF movies, just with full background colour changes, import them to MAX and program it to read the RGB values and send to the LANBOX. Does anyone know about a MAX patch to do this?
