But yes, I have it hooked up via USB and the drivers are installed and Windows sees it as a modem on COM port 4. Well, you don't need a connection, but you can't do much then. Still the program should still run, and not like you say that it immediately quits after startup. BTW We run also on OEM versions of Win2000 Pro and XP Pro (Toshiba OEM). Are there any services or "things" that the software is dependent upon that I may not have running? Not that we are aware of, it's running here on standard Toshiba/Fujitsu OEM versions of Windows 98SE, Win2000Pro, and XP Pro.
