Do you have antivirus software that may be stopping execution? Do you have at least one appropriate device on your system to connect to the Lanbox, ie. a serial port, a TCP/IP connection etc.? Have you had any other problems with XP or that PC? Can you set up PC Anywhere... Someone else could have a look for/with you! (or Remote Desktop)? This may sound stupid, but you did download the Windows version??!!
