Like Chris said it's best to install the driver before pluging in the device. Auto detect and install is great, but not allways perfect.
I installed mine like this. (win2K)

step one: don't plug in the lan box, or if you do click cancel to get out of auto install.
step two: brows to the .inf file "LCedit+ 3.2W\Usbsetup\Win2000_XP\cdsusb.inf"
step three: right click on the cdsusb.inf and choose install (second option in the popup option menu)
step four: plug in the lanBox or reboot and it should auto install correctly now.

someone in this tread noted that ccport.sys is for win98 winNT uses ccport.vxd are you on win98?
if you are on win98 look in "\LCedit+ 3.2W\Usbsetup\Win98"
I think you can still right click cdsusb.inf and chose install.
and I also see the file 242004USA8.exe I didn't run it becasue I don't want it mucking up my win2k usb settings, but I took a peak inside and it contains ccport.sys and subser.sys which seem to be what you are missing.
