It would be a bit impractical and dangerous to read all cues to your computer, modify channel 8 in all cues, and write it back to the box. But..

How about just setting the master intensity of channel 8 to 110%?

I don't think that's a good option in my case, because it could be that channel 8 is (say) sometimes on 50%, and sometimes on 80%, but I just want the 80% to become 90%. The 50% is fine..

For any loaded cue you can always correct one or more channels, by typing e.g. +10 you raise the DMX value by 10.

Yes, that's a perfect sollution.. I have to go trough all the cuesteps where channel 8 is 80%, but that is doable.. I did it with cut and paste, but that's about the same size of work. It would be even easier if I saw percentages in the cue-window (but that's another story ;)

You can modify a channel or selection of channels in the cuelist editor by using the wheel on the control panel, but most people do not know that if you select a range of cells (say channel 8 in all steps), and you change the wheel (or type a new DMX value) -all- cells will be changed! So changing your 80% to 90% can be done very quickly.

I tried this out, and it does work.. but:

I do not use all the cuesteps, I allways skip a few to make it easier to add others in between when that should be neccesary (and to make a split fade in stead of a crossfade). That's what the manual told me to do ;)

When I select channel 8 in (say) cuestep 1,5 and 10 (with the cuesteps in between empty), and change the value, the value gets changed correctly in 1,5 and 10, but the old value comes into every channel for every cuestep in between that was empty before.. this is defenitly not what I want.

Conclusion:

Changing a value for many cuesteps is not that hard (going through al the cuesteps), but the feature of "selecting them all and changing once" you described above, doesn't work as suspected (I think).
