Click on the "disable fading" button (advanced.. , second button from left, below layer list).

Make a Macro "Fades A Off" and a "Fades A On" by recording your button click. You can then use the CLI command e.g. m1 and m2 to turn off and on fades in layer A.

You can make a single key for it by assigning a key to m1 and a key to m2.

Thanks, this is what I wanted.

Something else I'm wondering about:

could it be possible to give the user the choice to display the dmx values in the cue editor in the [0,255] interval, or in percentages [0,100]? Theatre people are used to talk in percentages. I use "sigle dmx channel" fixtures that do show percentages in the control window, but sometimes the cue editor is also very usefull for editing, so it would be nice to see percentages there as well.

thanks again,
Jan Van Besien
