The TCP IP serial port status window shows Connected Tx0 Rx0 but using the go command doesn't work. (in the MSC cue edit window I fill Cue number=cue list & Cue list=cue step). First of all MSC is MIDI Show Control, which can not be used over tcp/ip. So connect the LCX via MIDI. You can use tcp/ip, but unfortunate the author of SAMC did not make it easy. Before you can use tcp/ip you must send your password+CR right after opening the tcp connection. Secondly you must send a command (e.g. just #) every minute in order to keep the tcp stream alive. Then you can send the serial Go commands like (spaces may be omitted): *56 01 012C 04# Go Cue List 300 in layer A (01) at Cue Step 4 All together not really user friendly ;-) -- Fokko van Duin, Creators of the LanBox-LC CDS advanced technology bv, DMX lighting controller. http://www.cds.nl/ http://www.lanbox.com/ Member of MIDI Manufacturers Association, MMA
