Subject[LCtalk] executing a command

I would like to propose a feature for the software. Or maybe it is possible already, but than I couldn't find it.

Among the several possible actions that come with a cuestep (goto, show previous, loop, check digital input, ...) I would like to add one more: "execute a command". I mean a command on my computer (the ones you normaly execute in a shell). That would make it possible to (for example) play music, start a video, start a powerpoint presentation, ... actualy anything that can be done from a command prompt (and with a little scripting.. that is a lot).

Does this sound reasonable?

Thanks in advance,
Jan Van Besien
