Sebastian -

I have a peavey mixer 1600x and a lanbox.
If i make a light group in LCedit (by example: ch 1,2,3 ); is there a way to control this "group" by the peavey?

No, but what you can do is program a slider to control multiple LanBox channels. They would all have the save intensity though.

You would program a slider to be a STRING and send Note On data.

The following is an example for controlling LanBox dimmer channels 1, 5 and 20 on MIDI channel 1:

String: 90 01 pr 90 90 05 pr 90 14 pr

The "pr" represents the fader value, so the same value would go to all 3 channels. You can have as many channels on one slider as you like.

That is sort of a "poor mans" approach to subgroups using a PC1600x.

Hope that helps,

Jon
