Subject[LCtalk] LCedit 3.1 question

Hi,

I have a question about LCedit 3.1, ran into something strange, and i'm not sure wether this is a bug or a 'user error' or something else.

The following procedure produced some unexpected results:
(using LCedit 3.1 for Windows)

- Open a cue step by typing the cue step number in 'Layer Control' and pressing enter
- Click on the red dot to go into edit mode
- Set the cuelist window that opens at this moment to "blind edit" (this seems to be the only way, except for closing the cue list windows, to get the editor into "single step edit" mode)
- Select some fixtures in the Cast window
- Change some channel values in the 'Layer Control' window (NOT in the cuelist)
- The bar in top of the 'Layer Control' window turns red, to the best of my knowledge to signify a change that has not been stored
- Click on the replace button
- The bar in top of the 'Layer Control' window turns green, suggesting that the change has been stored

Sometime later i load the cue step but the change has not been stored!

LCedit and the LanBox have not been shut off in the meantime, so i guess it should have been stored despite the fact that i have not used "Save LanBox Data".

I wonder why the bar turned green despite the fact that the change seems not to be stored?

Greetings,

Jorg Schellekens
