If it's from LC+ to LCX, it's simple: Make backups of cuelists only, and restore them into the LCX (Midi mapping, and tables are not compatible due to large addresses).

2. Can I use an LCX "digital out" like a footswitchcontact, similar like one to start a smokemachine ?

Yes, but you need to add a solid state relay, as the outputs are TTL compatible.

3. What is the best way to pay you from Germany ?

Wire (SWIFT) transfer or telebanking, but also VISA or MasterCard is possible.
