Yes and here is another trick too!

Do what Fokko suggested above, sending the bank select & program change (the slider selecting the program), BUT then set the button directly below it to "Send Fader". With this set-up, you can select the program (cue) you want using the slider and then when you press the button, then it transmits the command. This allows you to select any program (cue) easily.
