I have never heard of this, actually it's not even possible (in theory), as 30min is not in the time table (15m is the highest), very weird. What version firmware is in this box?

I thought you were going to ask me that! Version 1.05. I know its not current but it's the version I used successfully back in April this year. I'm not convinced this problem is firmware related because by reloading the cues I was able to eliminate it. It seems more likely it's to do with the way the cues were recorded, modified, erased etc. I have no way of reproducing this again. This problem was absolutely solid, not intermittent. Having set up the preset, I knew exactly when to stand in the auditorium and watch the cue change! See next point for comments on firmware version.


Problem 2. Chases set to bounce double the time on the low numbered turnaround cue. This looked horrible. Example - step 1 hold for 0.5 secs, step 2 hold for 0.5 secs, step 3 hold for 5 secs. So this should run: step 1, step 2, step 3, step 2, step 1, step 2 etc. The sequence was fine but the hold time on the cue 1 turnaround was 1 second. The simple workaround was to halve the time of step 1 to 0.25 secs. This then worked fine.

I tried here, but 0.5 sec is 0.5 sec. Are you sure you have the latest firmware v1.09 in it John?

OK, so this one may be firmware related. Since the show I have loaded up firmware version 1.09 on both of my lanboxes. I'll try this again, with the cue lists from the show. If it still doesn't work, I'll send you the show backup file so y oou can try it.

I used version 3.0.3X of LCedit to run the show.
