Unless I want to run on wireless interface then I need the iprint to convert the erthenet port to the phone cable port.

As Todd already explained, you can use our USB adapter + LanBox PC cable, but you looses the MIDI option then. If you use an iPrint, you have your LC on Ethernet (can be plugged directly into your iBook), and you still have the MIDI/serial option.
