Thanks for the FAST replies...... I have tried the suggestions in several ways, and am still having trouble. and YES, the message window (which i have been using to keep track of the connection and error messages) does indeed say "in bootstrap" and the indicator in the lower left of the box is "orange", what does this mean? sometimes the message says that it disconnected just as the upload process begins (during the NAK...NAK... process) Your help is very appreciated!
