hello, i'm new to the the world of dmx lighting consoles. anyway i have a lanbox lcx, a dimmer pack and a pc here on my table. i want to write a program on a pc to send a dimmer value to control one of the lights over tcp/ip. (see http://vvvv.meso.net) are there any examples available apart from the MAX patches? (which doesnt really help me as i dont want to upgrade my trusty powerpc from MAC OS 7.61 just to open them). is anyone having a source code in c, vb or delphi to control the lcx? what tcp-port do i need to use? what initialization sequence is needed to switch the box into manual mode? how is the password protection implemented? thank you very much sebastian oschatz w w w . m e s o . n e t
