So if you start e.g. creating cuelist 50, you should use cue 50.5, 50.10, etc to store (replace) your scenes. For non theatre applications it's easier to use "add", which add your made cue add the end of the list. Note: Insert/delete shifts all steps (scenes), so for theatre applications the use of replace is recommended. It sounds to me you do replace to the same cuelist/step, instead of add. I assume you did use v3.01 as it has a (small) section for theatre people?Yes the latest version. Note: Above does only work on LCX and LCM. On LC you can add "comments" step to reserve some space. Maybe a better way for LCII is create an "empty" cuelists and only use "replace". This creates an empty cuelist of 20 steps: // List 30(20), loaded 05-12-2002 01:59 -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- You can't use OS 7.6 with LCedit+, it needs MacOS 8.6 or higher.LCedit v3.01 should do a firmware upload without any problems. What OS and Mac are you using? Did you try another PhoneNet cable? The first time was with a Powerbook 520 and OS 7.6. The second time was with a Powerbook titanium with OS X.2 and running under Classic 9.2.2.Be sure you use the file "LC+(v3) firmware v1.06.dat". We install firmware daily this way without any problems into LCs. There must be something with your Ethernet/PhoneNet connection. This is essentiel. But this list certainly works. A friend in Lausanne who recently bought the LCX rang me up about 10 minutes after I posted. He promised to sort me out. That's a relief. We have several boxes in CH, so I hope somebody can offer you some help. I need those features too but if someone like me can't be up and running after four tries, I think it's proof that the interface is inherently unfriendly.Well, it depends what you are use to it. Yes it can be better (it always can be better), and we try to improve it, but on the other hand if you don't have a theatre background (like me) it's a terrible experience to use a "standard" light board.
