On the stage you have intensity and pan/tilt indicators who are showing the DMX values in the mixer. The control windows shows the status of ALL (up to 31 in LCX/LCM) engines (now called layers) -AND- the values in a layer of a selected fixture or group. In order to switch fast there is a CLI (command line interface) where typing of e.g. k1-8 select fixture 1-8. Note: This concept also made it so much faster then you where used to. Is it not common to have different fixture being controlled by oneIt's is common to have one group controlled by a layer at a time. For editing complex groups you should select 1 fixture at the time. On the other hand if you have a group of e.g. MAC600s you can set them instant to a certain preset by creating presets. These presets are callable by a CLI command e.g. po2 (select preset "Other" # 2) or even by a user defined single key (e.g. F3). As fixtures have more and more controls, it would become a mess if you get them all on your screen. As a solution I tried to make groups but here´s what happens: puttingDifferent types of fixtures are merged as much as possible, but in your case it's only intensity. Fokko
