Subject: USB bug in LCX?

Hello,

We need your help ;-)  While testing new firmware and a new LCedit+, we noticed a lock-up in USB communication after many hours. This lock-up appears as timeouts from which LCedit+ does not recover automatically.

If it happens, to recover you need to: close the connection in LCedit+, unplug USB, wait a few seconds, plug in USB, and connect again.

The lockup appears very seldom and mostly on MacOS 8/9 and very sporadic on OSX. We have not seen it yet under Windows.  It also appears to be temperature-dependent. (yes, seriously)

Question for LCX users:
Have you ever had an USB lock-up?
If yes, can you let us know what OS LCedit+ was running on?
