Yes, this is also supported on the LCM and LCX. If you look in the "LC+ MAX4 examples" folder, you will find examples for how to use serial (USB), MIDI, SysEx, MSC, ADSP (AppleTalk) or TCP/IP in MAX with a LanBox.
