From:  Jeffrey Burns Date:  Thu, 14 Nov 2002 13:21:20 +0100 Second thought: Since speedlim is a somewhat unpredictable object anyway, use a coll for both notes on and off. The coll should record the time and value of any light message. If the value is 0 OR appreciably different from the last value for that channel OR if it comes more than a certain amount of time after the last message to that channel, then send it out.
