SubjectRe: setup help with win2000 usb
From David Lewis

Thanks Fokko,

This new LanBox-LCX is up and running with
simple cues operating.

My laptop is being real flaky on serial ports.
(I've moved the CDS USB Modem up to Com-7.)
Occassionally the LCEdit+ 3.0 fails to connect
to the LCX and I haven't found a reliable
remedy.  Sometimes I can just recycle power,
other times openning a serial conn off another
port causes it to work(???).  Once it gets to
an operational state it seems to stay there.

I'll report on further diagnosis and remedy
information when and if it develops.

Dave
