You can order your product directly from the LanBox products web store or via our distributors. Via our web store you can order the products that you want and pay for these products via bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email. Before ordering, please read our conditions of sale and use the online ordering form (in the USA www.lanbox.us).

Pricing

All our prices are in Euros. You can find the current pricing of all our products in the Store form. All prices are without shipping costs. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Paying

There are three ways to pay for your order:

1] Pay with credit card. Credit card payments are handled by PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use a credit card transfer. After payment you will receive a confirmation that you have paid your order.

2] You can also pay with your PayPal account. After payment you will receive a confirmation that you have paid your order.

3] You can transfer the total amount in Euro to our bank. Allow us to pay the banking transfer cost, if the total order amount is above Euro 250.

Shipping

After approval of the credit card, or proof of payment, the product(s) will be shipped by UPS / Federal Express or PostNL (you can choose the transport company) within five days.

Please note that a shipment via PostNL will take about 4 to 10 days and a shipment via Fedex / UPS will take about 1 to 2 days to arrive at the destination.

Note: In some countries the customers will be charged with import duties and/or tax by the government or carrier. The amount is different per country, check with your local government for details.

VAT

The LanBox store is a Dutch store, all prices are in Euros and 21% VAT (value added tax) will be added on the total amount due to Dutch regulations.

You do NOT have to pay the VAT if you order from outside the European Union.

You do NOT have to pay the VAT if you have a valid EU VAT number and you order from inside the European Union.

You DO have to pay the VAT if you order from The Netherlands OR you order from the EU but you do not have a valid VAT number.

We need to manually verify each VAT number which takes a bit of time. If you are in a hurry, please pay the amount including the VAT and we will refund the VAT amount after verification. If you are not in a hurry please select to pay per bank transfer and contact us with your VAT information, we will change the invoice after verification and then you can pay the correct amount via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
