How to order our products

We offer online ordering, with optional secure payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard or EuroCard, and we ship with FedEx.

Ordering
To order our products, please read our conditions of sale and use the online ordering form (in the USA www.lanbox.us). We offer several options to pay, including securely online. When the online ordering form is submitted, you can also use the "accept" email confirmation as proforma invoice.

Shipping
After approval of the credit card, or proof of payment, the product(s) will be shipped by Federal Express within five days.

Paying with credit card
We accept VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD as method of payment, via a secure payment server. Due to security reasons it is NOT allowed anymore to suplly us credit card details by phone, FAX, and email. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order.

Paying by bank transfer
You can also wire transfer (via SWIFT) the total amount in Euro to our bank. Allow us to pay the banking transfer cost, if the total order amount is above Euro 250.

Paying by Check
Another option is to send us a check with the total amount of Euro payable to:
