Overview
The LanBox-LCE is a mini DMX controller with Ethernet, IR and display. It's made to run stand-alone, but can also be used for network applications via the built-in Ethernet connection. The LCE is very small, very low cost and very easy to use, yet it supports 512 DMX channels and has the same command set as the LanBox-LCX.

IR control & Display
With an of the shelf IR VCR remote controller (not included) you can also select pre-made light scenes, chases or light channels. The four-digit LED display provides simple feedback.

Networking
Using the built-in Ethernet with TCP/IP (or AppleTalk) you can use LCedit+ to edit and control your cues. For direct control of the DMX channels with applications like MAX or Isadora bulk data transport with UDP is supported. The LanBox-LCE can also be used as a network universe for the LanBox-LCX. With 5 LanBox-LCEs and one LCX, you can control up to 3072 DMX channels, distributed over 6 universes. Bundled software includes LCedit+ a graphical lighting editor for MacOS, Mac OS X and Windows 2000/XP.


Applications
The LanBox-LCE can be used for applications like: theatre, recreation, art, shows promotional, music, museums, MIDI, exhibitions, etc. It has built-in show control software and nonvolatile memory, so you can run your lighting show completely standalone, external triggered via network or just with LCedit+ on a personal computer.
